Ania has over 20 years’ experience in strategic and new business development consultancy projects, the majority spent on packaging and wood industry related assignments, with particular expertise in new business and product development, innovation and circularity.

She has cross-functional experience and a strong track record in leading business and market intelligence projects focusing on strategic market analysis, market and technology trend forecasting, market entry, substitution trends, new product commercialisation and commercial due diligence and M&A assignments across a wide variety companies in the selected value chains (e.g. R&D firms, polymer producers, speciality chemicals manufacturers, FMCGs, food packers, retailers, furniture producers, etc).

Ania has worked in Europe, North America, South America and Asia for a wide variety of blue chip industrial clients as well as financial investors (private equity firms and banks). She has strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful project management.

Ania holds an MA degree from the University of Warsaw. She also obtained a Business Sustainability Management Certificate from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).

Besides her native Polish she is fluent in English, Italian and has a working knowledge of Russian.
